Please fill out our Wait List Form, and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss all the details, assign you your waiting list number, and provide the approximate date when we are expecting our next litter. We will also keep you updated with any news. No deposit is required to be added to the waiting list. Periodically, we will reach out to our waiting list members to confirm their continued interest in adopting a kitten. If we contact you and receive no response within 3 days, we will remove you from the waitlist. Please ensure you inform us of any changes to your contact information while you are on the waiting list. 

When we have a litter, we will contact the members of our waiting list and offer them the opportunity to reserve a kitten. Individuals on the waiting list will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 to secure their kitten. This deposit will contribute towards the total price of the kitten. Alternatively, you can pay your deposit for a kitten reservation at any time, ensuring you receive your kitten as soon as they become available.  

Deposits and other payments are accepted as cash, CC, Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. We also accept payments on our website through our secured payment system.

Shipping expenses will be in addition to the kitten price and will be paid by the buyer. 

We notify our clients when we have a litter. At the age of 1 month, we initiate our kitten reservation process and begin accepting deposits. However, to ensure a place in line, our clients can submit a deposit at any time. You can come to our home and choose a kitten  when the kittens are 1 month old. Alternatively, you can have a video call and choose your kitten over the video call. 

The adoption fee for a kitten is $2,500. The cost includes:

• Vet check-ups
• All necessary age-related vaccines
• Microchipping
• Food for a couple of days
• Toy package
• Cat Carrier
• 1 months Fetch pet insurance

Upon picking up your kitten, we will sign a Purchase Contract.

Kittens are available to be picked up at 12 weeks of age. The remaining balance (after the initial deposit) is due on the day of pick up or shipping. You can come to our cattery to pick up your kitten, or we can deliver it to you if your location is no more than 200 miles from our cattery, located in Aurora, Colorado (per-mile rates are applied). In the case of shipping, the remaining balance + shipping cost must be paid before shipping. 

We offer a limited Health Guarantee as part of the Purchase Contract. Once you receive your kitten, they should be examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours. 

You are going to get your kitten not spayed or neutered, and this is your choice to spay/neuter your kitten. The breeder strongly believes that early spaying/neutering can adversely affect a kitten's health. So, if you decide to fix your kitten, we strongly recommend you to find a very reputable veterinarian clinic and do it after the kitten turns 12 months old. You can continue to use our vet clinic as well. However, you will receive your kitten's TICA Cat's Association Certificate only after providing the breeder with a certificate from your veterinarian stating that the kitten has been spayed or neutered. 

You are welcome to visit our home, and we will gladly provide regular updates with pictures and videos of your reserved kitten.  

Absolutely, but you will need to come to pick up your kitten or pay an additional fee for shipment. 

We use Fetch Pet Insurance, and you will receive one month of coverage for your kitten. After that, you can either continue with this insurance company or set up another pet insurance plan for your cat.
